Shivgadi Infra is based out of Sahibganj, specifically over in Netaji Subhash Colony. Our office address is through Jyoti Verma’s place in Pokharia. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time, though things pick up when people are headed to work or the market. We mostly deal with local infrastructure work, which keeps us pretty busy through the seasons. Living and working in a place like Sahibganj means everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we don't feel the need for big signs or loud advertising. We just focus on the projects we have at hand. The 816109 area has changed quite a bit since we first started, with new houses and shops popping up everywhere. Our setup is pretty basic, just a few desks and some chairs where we can sit down and figure out the day’s tasks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get things done eventually. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate entity; we’re just local people trying to handle the work that comes our way. The monsoon months can get a bit tricky with the rain making the roads messy, but that’s just part of being in this region. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits, so the office is mostly a place to catch up on files. It’s a straightforward way of doing things and it suits the way we live here. Netaji Subhash Colony is a good place to be based because it's central enough for us to reach the different sites we manage. It works well for us.
