Seth Engicon Private Limited

Seth Engicon is based in the Harmu Housing Colony in Ranchi. You can find us at L.I.G R/315. It is a typical housing colony where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have been here for quite some time now. The office is just a converted room in the house where we keep our maps and computer. We do engineering and construction work throughout the city. Since Ranchi became a capital, things have gotten very busy, but our little corner of Harmu stays mostly the same. We are not a massive firm with a lot of employees. It is a small operation. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office is often quiet during the day. We have old files stacked in the corners and the smell of tea is usually in the air. We do not use any promotional gimmicks or corporate talk. People in the neighborhood just know us as the engineers who live on the block. Our work comes from people seeing what we have done before. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water doesn't come, but we just work around it. We are not looking to become a giant company. We just want to do our jobs properly and keep the house running. It is a practical way to live and work in Ranchi.
