Savya Genesis Buildcon (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Q.No-Cd/25/Ii in Sector II of Dhurwa. It is a quiet residential area in Ranchi, and that’s where we like to keep our headquarters. We are close to the Jagarnathpur police station and the local post office. Being an "OPC" means it is a one-person company, so things are very personal here. There is no big board of directors to answer to, just the work itself. We handle construction and building projects around the Dhurwa area and beyond. Living and working in Ranchi-834004 means we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in Jharkhand. We just want to do decent work for the people who live around here. The office is really just a room where the phone sits and the ledger is kept. Most of the time is spent on-site, making sure the laborers have what they need and the materials are arriving on time. It can be stressful when a supplier is late or the weather turns bad, but that’s just the construction life. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans.
