Sarvodaya Property Developers is based out of the Pandra area in Ranchi. Our address is at Bhagwan Bharti’s place in Friends Colony, Kamre. Pandra is known for the big market, so there are always trucks and lots of movement around here. Friends Colony is a bit more settled, which is nice for an office. We spend our days dealing with property matters. This means a lot of walking around different plots of land and talking to people about boundaries and prices. It’s not a glamorous job. You get a lot of mud on your shoes during the rainy season. Our office is a straightforward place with some chairs and a big table for maps. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites that look like they were made in a big city. We just talk to folks in plain English or Hindi and get the work done. Ranchi is expanding toward this side of town, so we stay pretty busy. The Pandra area has changed a lot since we started, with more houses going up every year. We are just part of that change. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who have lived here for decades. It’s a community-based way of doing business. We don't make big promises, we just show people what is available and help them with the paperwork. It’s just how we operate every single day.
