Santosh Kunj Developers Private Limited is located over in Ormanjhi, Ranchi. We share space near Kunj Bihari Nayak's place. Being out in Ormanjhi is good because we have a bit more space than in the middle of the city. We are developers, which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to put buildings on it. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to different people at the government offices, which can be pretty slow sometimes. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing us in the area. Our team is just a few folks who have been in the real estate and development world for a long time. We’ve seen Ranchi change a lot over the years. Some days are good and some days we just spend the whole time fixing mistakes or waiting for someone to show up. We try to be honest about what is possible and what isn't. It’s a tough business but we like being part of the growth here in Ranchi. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just show up, do the work, and hope the weather stays clear so we can stay on schedule. It's a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and the people we work with around here. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
