SAINAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small business, SAINAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED, is based at Satish Pd Singh’s place in Ara Sidha Toli. We’re located in the Namkum area of Ranchi, specifically near the Mahilong post office and the Tatisilwai police station. It’s a pretty grounded spot, and we’ve been here for a good while now. We aren't some massive construction firm with a shiny skyscraper. We’re just local people who know how to build things. Most of our days are spent out on the job, and the office is really just a place to store our tools and keep the records straight. We don’t bother with marketing or big advertisements. We just rely on people in the community knowing who we are and what we do. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us here in Jharkhand. We’ve lived in Ara Sidha Toli for ages, so we care about the work we do in this neighborhood. Sometimes we have a lot of workers helping us, and other times it's just a few of us. We take it as it comes. We don't use any of that corporate language about excellence or missions. We just show up and do the work. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes things take longer than we’d like, but we always stick with a job until it’s finished. That’s just the way we were taught to do things around here. It’s an honest day’s work for us.
