We’ve been working out of the Chauhan Arcade for a while now. It’s on the third floor, right on Lalji Hirji Road in Upper Bazar. Prem Lata Jain handles the office stuff mostly. We deal with construction projects around here. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather isn't helping. Most of us just show up, get the equipment ready, and head out to the sites. It’s not a fancy office, just a place to keep the paperwork straight. Usually, you’ll find someone there near the front desk. We’ve done a lot of work in the local area over the years. It’s just us, a small team trying to get things built right. Sometimes the traffic on Lalji Hirji Road makes getting to work a bit of a pain, but we manage. If you’re looking for the place, just head into the arcade and take the stairs or the lift to the third floor. We share the space with a few other businesses in the building. It gets a bit noisy in Upper Bazar during the afternoons. We handle everything from small repairs to bigger structural jobs when they come in. There’s always something that needs fixing or building in this part of town. We don't really do much advertising. People just know where we are. It is a straightforward business and we keep our heads down and work hard. Most of our tools stay in the back storage area until they are needed.
