Rudradev Projects is run out of a house in Vidya Nagar, right near Naman Vidya School in the Harmu part of Ranchi. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this neighborhood. Subhash Kumar Mehta's place is where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to various project sites. Being in a residential area like 834002 makes it feel more like a community business than a cold office building. We have been operating from House Number 01 for some time now. You can usually find us there during the day unless we are out checking on a job. It’s not a flashy setup. We just have some desks and the usual equipment needed to keep things moving. Ranchi is our home, and we like working with the people here. We don't spend money on big ads or slick brochures. Most of what we do comes from folks in the neighborhood hearing about us. The school nearby is a good landmark if you’re looking for the office. We keep our operations simple and direct. There aren’t many layers here; you just talk to the person in charge. We handle the projects as they come, focusing on one thing at a time. It’s a practical way to run a business in Jharkhand. We’re just local people doing work we know how to do.
