RODAMCO BUILDING AND SERVICES PRIVATELIMITED

Rodamco Building and Services is based out in Bokaro, specifically in the Chira Chas area. We are in Flat No-3 of the A-Block in Laxmi Narayan Apartment. It’s a residential-style setup which makes it a lot more comfortable than a cold office building. Being in Bokaro, you definitely feel the industrial vibe of the city, but Chira Chas has its own rhythm. We handle building services and various other tasks that come with it. Our flat is filled with files, computers, and usually a few half-empty cups of tea. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different vendors and workers across the city. The pincode here is 827013, and most people in this part of Bokaro know the Laxmi Narayan building. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being moody, but we don’t mind. We prefer this kind of informal environment because it allows us to be ourselves. There are no suits or ties here, just regular clothes and hard work. Sometimes we work late into the night when a deadline is coming up, and the quiet of the apartment block is actually quite nice for staying focused. We’ve been operating this way for a while and it seems to work out just fine for everyone involved in the business. It’s a practical way to manage things without all the unnecessary overhead of a big office space. We like it here.
