Rishav Ritambhara Infratech is located at 145 Barkagaon Tandwa Road. If you know that road, you know it can get quite dusty and rough depending on the time of year and how much construction is happening nearby. We are right in the middle of a very active area for infrastructure, so it’s a practical place for us to be. Our building is a simple structure that doesn't stand out much, but it’s where all the planning and coordination happens. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you with a script. It’s just us working on the next project. The road outside always has trucks and heavy machinery moving past, which reminds us of the kind of work we are in every single day. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various site locations, so the car is almost like a second office for us. It can be a bit isolated out here compared to being in the center of town, but we like the focus it gives us. We deal with a lot of technical details and local logistics, which keeps our hands full from morning until evening. Sometimes the water supply is a bit erratic, or the heat gets to be too much, but we just keep going. We are just a local team trying to do our part in the development of this region without making a big fuss about it. We’ve grown used to the long days and the constant motion of this business. It suits us.
