It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, which is good for keeping the office work organized. We do a lot of different things related to building and creating. It isn't always easy, especially when prices for steel or cement go up without warning. We just try to keep things moving along. Our crew has been together for a bit, so we know how each other works. We don't put on any acts or try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just a local Ranchi business. You’ll usually find someone at the office during the day, unless we are all out at a site in Doranda or somewhere nearby. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, but it’s part of the deal.
