Ranchi Civil Construction Private Limited is actually based out of Sonpurwa in Garhwa, not in Ranchi itself, which confuses people sometimes when they first hear the name. Our office is located at the house of Imam Hussain and Azad Hussain right on Station Road. It is a convenient spot because it is near the post office and the station. We started this company to handle the local building needs in this part of the state. Being on Station Road means there is always noise from the trains and people moving about. We do not have a fancy showroom. Instead, we have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the district. We focus on civil works, which means lots of digging, pouring cement, and managing laborers. It is hard work, especially when the summer heat hits Garhwa. We spend a lot of time on the road, traveling to different sites across the region. Usually, we meet clients at the office or just right there where the construction is happening. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how long it will take. There are no big speeches here, just the sound of cement mixers and people talking about grades of sand. It is a local operation run by people who live right here. We have seen the town grow, and we are just doing our part to add to that growth one project at a time.
