We run Ramshrayshail Constructions Private Limited out of an apartment on Bariatu Road. Specifically, we are in Flat 4G, Block-B of Raj Apartment. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the files and equipment, but it works for us. Living and working in Ranchi means we are always near the projects we are handling. The traffic on Bariatu Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially near the hospital, but it’s a good central spot. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It is more of a family-style operation where everyone chips in. One day I might be looking at accounts, and the next I’m out checking on a wall that’s being built. We’ve seen a lot of builders come and go in this city. We just stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us. It’s about getting the right bricks and making sure the mortar is mixed right. Simple stuff, really. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a bit noisy in the office because of the main road, but you get used to it. We just keep plugging away, year after year. It's a living, and we take it one day at a time. Living and working in the same city means we really care about what happens here.
