You can find Rajpriya Realcon on the second floor of the Rattanlal Commercial Complex. We are in unit 208. Ratu Road is one of the busiest spots in Ranchi, so it’s never quiet around here. There is always the sound of horns and people shouting downstairs. The building itself is a big commercial hub, so we have all sorts of neighbors, from cloth shops to small offices. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is a bit small, but it fits our team just fine. We spend most of our time on the phone or sitting at our desks looking at property documents. Sometimes the lift stops working and we have to walk up to the second floor, which isn't great in the summer heat, but it’s just part of life here. We don't do any big advertisements or have a fancy marketing team. People usually find us because they are already in the complex or they’ve been told about us by someone else. Ratu Road is the heart of the area, so being here makes sense for a real estate business. We deal with construction and land, which means a lot of running around the city. When we are in the office, we are just trying to keep the files organized and talk to anyone who drops by. It’s a simple setup.
