We operate out of a space in Arsanda, near the Boreya area. The address is actually a residential spot, specifically care of Sobha Devi. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a quiet place to handle the business side of Rahul Rathi Bhaskar Construction (Opc) Private Limited. Being an "one person company" means things are handled pretty personally around here. There isn't a huge chain of command to deal with. If something needs to be decided, it just gets done. We focus on construction projects in and around Ranchi. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the rains start. We don't have any fancy offices or assistants in suits. It’s just us and the tools and the sites. Most of our days are spent out where the actual building is happening. We come back to the Boreya office to deal with the paperwork and the bills. It’s a modest setup, but it works for what we need. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. People know us because we’re from the area and we show up when we say we will. We just want to get the jobs done right so we can move on to the next one. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the construction trade here in the local district.
