Rabindrauday Construction Private Limited is located over at House No. 252 in Amwatikar, which is a quiet spot in the Latehar area of Ranchi. Most people around here know Ravindra Prasad, and that is where our main setup is based. It is not some big glass building like you see in the city center, just a regular place where we get our work done. The Jharkhand weather can get pretty hot in the summers, so we usually start our mornings early when it is still cool enough to think. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to folks who need things built. There is always a lot of dust from the roads and the sites, and the phone rings more than we expect some days. We deal with the usual local stuff, like making sure materials show up on time and finding enough hands for a job. It is a lot of back and forth between here and the different sites. Living and working in Latehar means you get used to how things move at their own pace. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain slows us down, but we just keep at it. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and people know where to find us if they have a project in mind. It is just us here, trying to get things finished.
