Raajhans Engicon Private Limited is based in the Harmu Housing Colony. Our office is EWS-56, and we are quite close to the Ani Basent School. This area is right between Argora and Doranda, so it’s a very convenient location for us to operate from in Ranchi. We are an engineering and construction company, but we don't act like those big firms you see in the movies. Our office is just a regular building in the colony. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a dedicated sales team. It’s usually just us and a few engineers going over plans and checking the budget. We’ve been working in the Ranchi area for quite a while now and we know the 834002 pin code area very well. The colony is a nice place to have an office because it feels like a community. We see the kids going to school and the neighbors every day. We don't use corporate jargon or talk about our big vision. We just focus on the project at hand and try to get it done without too many delays. Of course, there are always delays in construction, whether it's the rain or some material not showing up on time, but we just handle it. It's a practical business run by people who actually know how to build stuff. We just want to do our work and go home to our families like everyone else.
