Pushpanjali Pioneer Constructions Private Limited is located at number 170 in the A.G. Cooperative Colony. We are in the Kadru area, right under the Argoda police station jurisdiction. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, which helps when we are trying to sort out plans or go through the accounts. We do construction work all over the city and sometimes a bit further out. It started as a small idea and grew into this business. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just talk to people and show them what we’ve built. Being in Kadru, we are quite central, so getting to different sites isn't too much of a headache. The work is physically demanding and there’s always something that needs fixing or a problem that pops up out of nowhere. We just deal with things as they come. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about getting the building finished properly. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local building rules over the years, and we just try to keep up with it all. People come to us because they know we are local and we aren't going anywhere. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and the concrete. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days.
