Our office is located at 47/A in Pragati Vihar, which is over in the Alkapuri area of Dibadih. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the DPS School in Doranda, as we are quite close to that. We’ve been operating PRITHA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED from this spot for a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood, especially when the school is starting or letting out, so there’s always plenty of activity. We’re just local people who decided to start a construction business because we saw how much Ranchi was growing. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we sit down and deal with the day-to-day stuff. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but this is our main home base. We don't have a big marketing team, and we don't use those shiny brochures. We just talk to our neighbors and clients directly. It feels more natural that way. Being in Jharkhand, we understand the local way of doing things. Sometimes we have long days and the paperwork piles up, but we just keep at it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable local one. Most of our days are spent checking on projects or meeting with folks who live nearby. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but we like the energy of Alkapuri and being part of the city.
