It’s a residential-feeling spot but we manage all our infrastructure work from right here. The neighborhood is usually busy because of the hospital nearby, so there's always a lot of movement and people around. We aren't one of those massive companies with a glass skyscraper. We’re just a local outfit doing our thing in Jharkhand. Most days involve a lot of coordination between different sites and making sure we have enough supplies for the crew. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don't really see from the outside. We started this because we saw a need for more reliable work in the local construction scene.
