Our business is run from the home of Ramswarup Prasad in Gram-Jetsarigovindpur. It is a small place near Sughari in the Govindpur area. The name is Prince and Prince, which sounds a bit fancy but we are actually very down to earth. We do all kinds of construction work around the village and nearby towns. It is a family-style setup where everyone chips in. We do not have a big corporate office; we just work from where we live. Most of our jobs come from neighbors or people who have seen our work on other houses. We spend a lot of time coordinating with local laborers and making sure we have enough cement and bricks for the week. It can be stressful when prices go up, but we try to keep things fair. We are not perfect, and sometimes a project takes a few days longer than we thought it would, but we always finish what we start. You won't find us in a suit or talking about big goals.
