Our team works out of Baretoli, over in the Namkum area near Tetri. It’s a bit quieter out here than the main city, which actually helps us focus on what we’re doing. Prerna Raj Constructions Private Limited has been around this part of the country for a while. We spend a lot of our time out on sites or dealing with materials. The office is really just a place to keep the files and meet up before heading out to work. Construction is hard work and there’s always something that needs fixing or checking on. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our jobs come from people who have seen our work around Namkum. We like being local. It means we know the ground and the weather and how things actually get built here. Sometimes we get stuck behind a tractor on the way to the post office, but that’s part of the charm. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job. The staff here are mostly locals who understand the area. We have our routines and we stick to them. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking over blueprints. It’s a practical way to run things. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on stay up and serve their purpose. No fuss, just everyday work.
