We are based in Kusum Vihar, which is right in the Morabadi area of Ranchi. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been operating PRATISHTHA SUPER BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED from here for quite a few years. We aren't a big, polished company with a bunch of fancy suits. We’re more of a hands-on group that knows the ins and outs of local construction. Our office in Kusum Vihar is pretty basic, just a place for us to meet and figure out the next steps for whatever we are building. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. Instead, we just let the buildings we’ve worked on do the talking. People in Ranchi know where to find us if they need something done. We like being in Morabadi because it’s central and we can get to most places in the city without too much trouble. We’ve seen Jharkhand grow a lot, and we like being a small part of that. We don't have any grand mission statements or corporate values we talk about all the time. We just focus on showing up and getting the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit messy, and things get busy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building things. We keep our talk simple and our work practical.
