Prarthana Promoters is based right on Ratu Road in Ranchi. We’re on the sixth floor of Modi Heights Phase-II. It’s a pretty tall building for this area. Our office at 601 is where we spend most of our time looking at property plans and talking to buyers. Ratu Road is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. We aren't some big faceless corporation. We are just local people who know a lot about the Ranchi real estate market. The office is a busy place, usually with a few people waiting to talk about land or flats. We don't use a lot of fancy words. We just tell people what’s available and what the situation is with the permits. It’s an honest way to do business. We have a small staff, and we all pitch in with everything. Sometimes we’re out checking on sites until late in the evening. It’s not always easy, but it’s interesting work. We like seeing the city change and grow from our window up here. It’s a good view of the town. We keep a lot of maps pinned to the walls so we can show people exactly where things are. It’s a practical setup. There’s usually some noise from the lift and people talking in the hallway, but we don't mind it. It feels like home for us.
