Porus Infrastructure is located at house number 364 in Subhash Colony, Kadru. Kadru is a well-known residential part of Ranchi, and Subhash Colony is one of those places where everyone seems to know their neighbors. Our office is basically in a house. It makes the whole thing feel less like a cold corporation and more like a local business. We do infrastructure work, which involves a lot of planning for roads and basic structures. It’s heavy work and requires a lot of coordination. Usually, our mornings start with a lot of phone calls to site supervisors and suppliers. We have a small team here. We sit in the office surrounded by files and old folders. Subhash Colony is relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Ranchi, which helps when we need to focus on technical drawings. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our meetings, or someone is selling vegetables on the street outside, but we don't mind. It’s a real environment. We are just trying to build things that are useful for the people around here. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the house number 364. We’ve been here for a while now and we like the pace of this neighborhood. It suits the way we work—slow, steady, and very practical for our needs.
