We operate Porche Developers Private Limited out of Flat No. 204 in the N1 Pushpanjali building. That’s inside Sri Sai City over in the Pundag area of Ranchi. It’s a nice enough spot, and it serves as our main base for all the paperwork and planning. Md Sajid Akthar handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff there. We aren't a massive company with a huge fleet of trucks. It’s more of a focused operation. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to the guys on the ground. Ranchi-834004 is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand for new spots. Being in a residential building like Pushpanjali means we stay connected to what living in these developments is actually like. It gives us a good perspective. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to impress people with big numbers. We just show the work we’ve done and let people decide. Porche Developers Private Limited is about getting the small details right, even if it takes a bit longer than expected. We’ve had some long nights at the office trying to get the figures to balance, but that’s just how it is when you run your own business.
