PETARWAR INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of House No. 12 on the ground floor in the village of Bisa. This is in the Gola area of Ramgarh, within the Hazaribagh region of Jharkhand. We are located with Kuleshwar Mahto and Prabhat Kumar Nirala, who are well-known in this part of the village. Being in a rural spot like Bisa means things are a bit quieter than in the big cities, but there is still plenty of work to do. Our office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet with the guys who work on the sites. The road to the office can be a bit rough after a heavy rain, but we are used to that by now. We spend our mornings checking the progress of various infrastructure tasks around the Ramgarh district. It involves a lot of driving out to different spots and then coming back here to sort out the payroll and the material orders. The air is a bit fresher out here, which is nice, but the challenges of running a business in a village are real. We have to be smart about how we use our resources and keep a close eye on everything. It is a straightforward operation with no fancy trimmings, just us trying to make sure the work gets done right in our corner of Hazaribagh.
