We are located at 27 Bhattacharjee Lane, right in the heart of Upper Bazar in Ranchi. If you’ve ever been to the bazar, you know how crowded and lively it is. It’s been our home for a long time. We’re PATHAK AND SONS QUALITY DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, a family business that handles development projects around town. We aren't some new company that just showed up; we’ve seen Ranchi change from the ground up. Our office is tucked away in the lane, and it’s always full of people coming and going. We don’t really go for the whole corporate look. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and talking through a project. We keep things simple and local. My sons and I handle the work ourselves, from the first plan to the final brick. It’s a bit chaotic in Upper Bazar, and the traffic can be a nightmare, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We’re proud to be a Jharkhand business. We don’t use any of those fancy marketing phrases because we don't think they’re necessary. If we do a good job, people will know. That’s how it’s always been for us. We just try to be practical and honest about what we can do. Sometimes we stay late at the office when there’s a lot of paperwork, but mostly we’re out on the street or at a site. It’s just who we are and what we’ve done for years.
