Our office is right in the heart of Upper Bazaar on J J Road, at Plot Number 1796. If you know Ranchi, you know how busy Upper Bazaar can get. It’s always crowded and noisy, but that’s where the action is. Parmarth Buildcon Private Limited has been based here for a while now. We share the space with M. Somani, and it’s a place where there's always something going on. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s a working office where we deal with maps, permits, and a lot of phone calls. The people working here are mostly from around this area, so we know the shortcuts and the local shops. Our main work is building projects, but we don't spend time writing big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get to the office, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that people can rely on us. Most of our clients are just other local business owners or families from the neighborhood. We keep things informal but professional enough to get the job done. It’s just how things work in a place like Upper Bazaar. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs in a busy part of town.
