Onflow Construction started in a house in Hindpiri. We are at House No-11/C on 1st Street in Tanzeem Nagar. Ranchi is our home base and we know these streets very well. Hindpiri is a very crowded place, so running a construction company from here takes some skill, especially when moving trucks around. We do not have a big corporate office with a receptionist. It is just a room where we keep our maps and contracts. We take on building jobs throughout the city and the surrounding areas. The name Onflow is just something we picked because we like to keep the work moving. There are often delays in construction, like when the rain starts or materials do not show up on time, but we try our best to keep things going. It is hard work and the days are long. We are not trying to be the most famous builders in Jharkhand. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. Our staff is mostly local guys from the neighborhood who needed work and learned the trade on the go. We talk plainly and we do not make promises we cannot keep. If you walk down 1st Street in Tanzeem Nagar, you will find us. We are usually busy with something or the other. It is a simple life and we are okay with that. No fancy tricks, just bricks and mortar.
