You can find us over on Surya Puri Devi Mandap Road in the Hesal area. We are set up in the house of Awadh Bihari Saw, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a regular office building. Being on Ratu Road means there is always a lot of traffic nearby, but our street is a little bit set back from all that noise. The Devi Mandap is a good landmark for people trying to find the turn. Inside Ods Projects, it’s mostly just us and a lot of paperwork. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around as long as the business has. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know how to get things done. Most of our days are spent checking on different construction sites or arguing with vendors about prices. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We like being in this part of Hesal because it’s close to where a lot of the new building is happening. Sometimes the street gets muddy when it rains, making it hard for cars to get in, so we just walk out to the main road to meet people. It is a practical way of working, without any of the corporate polish you might see in the bigger cities. We just deal with what’s in front of us.
