Our office is in the Blue Sapphire building over in Dhela Toli. It’s in Block A, Flat 1B. It’s a busy part of Ranchi. Nidiswaram Infracon is mostly about getting infrastructure projects off the ground. We have a lot of blueprints and site photos pinned to the walls. It’s a working office, so things are usually a bit cluttered. We’re not the type of company that wears suits every day. Most of the time, we’re out on-site or dealing with suppliers. The building itself is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been here since we started. There’s always someone coming or going with a delivery or a report. We do a lot of work around Jharkhand. It gets pretty hectic during the peak season. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to people and figure out what needs to be built. The tea stall downstairs is where we end up having most of our informal meetings. It’s just how things work here. We like being in this part of town. It feels connected to everything. We’re just local people doing construction work. Sometimes the lights flicker when the neighbors use their heavy machines, but we just keep on working through it. We focus on the concrete and the steel and the actual building part. It's a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We don't have much time for anything else. It's a solid living for us.
