NEELAMAN CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Harmu Housing Colony in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Our office is at Quarter number JF-20/08, and it’s linked to the family of Mangal PD Srivastava. Harmu is a well-known residential area, so it’s a bit different from having an office in a big commercial plaza. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market while we’re inside trying to schedule the next big pour or checking on labor contracts. The office itself is pretty crowded with folders and old site photos. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days and a kettle that’s always on the go for tea. Ranchi has its own pace, and being in Harmu Housing Colony means we’re right in the middle of where people live, which makes sense for a construction company. We spend our days dealing with the usual mess of building work—permits, supplies, and making sure the workers are where they need to be. It’s not always smooth sailing, and there’s usually some kind of problem to solve every morning, whether it’s a late delivery or a leaky roof in our own office. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to make things work out as best as they can.
