Based in Ranchi, over in the Hatia area. Our office is set up in Basargarh Colony, right by Ancillary Chowk. It’s a busy spot most days. We are basically a group of people handling building projects. The place is at Smt. Basanti Devi’s house. Most mornings start with tea and going over whatever plans we have for the day. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. Hatia has a lot of movement, especially with the railway nearby. We deal with the usual stuff you’d expect in construction. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain slows us down, but that’s just how it is here in Jharkhand. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while now. Everyone knows where Ancillary Chowk is, so it’s easy to find us. We don't have a huge staff, just enough to get the jobs done. Usually, you’ll find someone at the desk from morning till evening, unless we are all out checking on some concrete work or talking to suppliers. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the paperwork here and try to keep things organized. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but we like being in the middle of it all. Most of the people working here are from around Ranchi or nearby towns. We just focus on one job at a time.
