NAPPL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is over in Sector 9 of Dhurwa, Ranchi. Our address is Quarter number D T-2313. Dhurwa is one of those areas that feels very planned out because of all the sectors, and it’s a bit quieter than the main city center of Ranchi. We operate out of this quarter, which gives us enough space to keep our files and meet with the guys before they head out to the sites. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any neon signs or expensive carpets. Usually, there’s a bit of dust on the floor from someone’s boots and the sound of a ceiling fan clicking away. Jharkhand is a place where you really feel the seasons, and when it’s hot, it’s really hot in these quarters. We do a lot of work on the ground, so the office is mostly a place to recover and handle the boring side of construction like taxes and billing. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, or work by the window light. We know most of the people around Sector 9, and it feels like a neighborhood business. We just take the projects as they come and try to do a decent job so we can move on to the next one. It’s not about being the biggest company; it’s just about staying busy and making sure the buildings and roads we work on actually stay up.
