MHR CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Sakchi, specifically in the Prerna Sarla Apartment over at Baradwari. We are in Flat 1/C of House Number 108. It is a busy part of Jamshedpur to work in. We spend a lot of time looking at construction drawings and talking to suppliers. The office is often full of samples like tiles or bricks that we need for different sites. It gets a bit noisy around here sometimes because of the traffic outside. Most of our guys are out at the actual building locations during the day. We handle the day-to-day operations from this apartment space. It’s not a huge setup but it works for what we do. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years about how to manage different crews. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes materials show up late or the rain stops everything for a week. We just deal with it as it comes. People in the building know us as the construction folks. We keep a pretty steady schedule from morning until evening. There's always some permit or some drawing that needs looking at. It is honest work and keeps us occupied. Jamshedpur has changed a lot and we have seen a lot of new buildings go up since we started. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized. That's the main thing. It takes a lot of patience to get these projects finished.
