Matrixinfra Developers Private Limited

Our office is located at Plot Number 80, right near the Sird West End Park in Ranchi. It’s a decent spot, though sometimes the directions get a bit mixed up because of the way the roads are laid out around here. Matrixinfra Developers Private Limited is basically just us trying to make sense of the development scene in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time looking at land and talking to folks about what they want to see built. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. We didn't set out to be some massive corporation. We just liked the idea of being part of how Ranchi is growing. The team is small, and we all wear a lot of different hats. One day I’m checking on a site, and the next I’m trying to fix the printer in the office. It’s just the reality of a local business. We don't have a flashy website or a big sign. Mostly, people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our name on a plot of land. We try to keep things simple. If a project makes sense, we take it on. If it doesn't, we don't. We've lived in Ranchi a long time, so we care about what happens in our backyard. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of long days, but it’s what we do. We’re just regular people trying to build something useful for the community.
