Mangalgrih Developers Private Limited is based in a very busy part of Ranchi. We are right on Mackey Road, near Mahabir Chowk in the Kotwali area. Our office is actually at House Number 437, which belongs to Gopal Prasad Gupta. If you know the Kotwali police station area, you know how crowded and lively it gets. We are developers, so we spend our time thinking about land and how to build on it. The shop and the house are always full of people coming and going. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the time, we are out in the sun, looking at sites or talking to laborers. Being in the heart of the city means we are close to all the main markets. It helps with getting materials and meeting people. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build houses and buildings that people can actually use. Our records and plans are kept at the Mackey Road address. It’s a family-oriented vibe here, not a cold corporate one. We’ve been part of the 834001 community for a long time now. People know Gopal Prasad Gupta and they know where to find us if they have questions about property. We just take it day by day and try to keep our projects on track despite the city chaos. It is a noisy place but it is where we do our best work.
