Madina Green City Private Limited

We're out here in Kokodoro, working from Plot 253. It’s a bit outside the main city rush. Afroj Alam started this place to look at land and development in the Pithoria area. It’s a lot of walking around plots and looking at maps. Madina Green City is basically our small team trying to figure out how to lay out things properly. The roads around here aren't always great, especially when it rains. We spend a lot of time on the ground. We don't have a slick office in a high-rise. Just a practical space where we meet folks interested in the land here. Ranchi is growing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but we just stick with it. We know the neighbors and the local landmarks. It’s quiet out here compared to the main town. We deal with a lot of local buyers. Most of our day is spent checking boundaries or talking to contractors. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We've been at this plot for a while now. It’s home base for us. We just want to get the houses and plots sorted out without too much fuss. Sometimes the phone reception is a bit spotty, so people just come by. We keep extra chairs for anyone who drops in. It's better to talk in person anyway. We just keep doing our thing every day. Our desks are usually covered in site plans and local government notices. We just keep pluging away at it.
