LTOR Real Estate and Construction is run by Binod Kumar Singh. Our office is right across from Ashashree Garden in Ranchi. It’s a pretty easy place to find in the 834008 area. We do a mix of real estate work and building construction. Usually, Binod is the one handling the meetings and the site visits. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small, local operation. We spend a lot of time looking at land and helping people figure out what they can build on it. The construction side keeps us busy too. We have a crew that we’ve worked with for years. We don't do much in the way of ads or fancy websites. Most of our clients come to us because they know Binod or they saw one of our houses being built near the garden. It is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites around Ranchi. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or getting the right permits takes longer than we’d like. That is just how the construction business works here in Jharkhand. We aren't trying to be fancy.
