Layrock Developers Private Limited is situated at number 24 in the Pushpanjali Complex. This is right on Lake Road in the Upper Bazar area of Ranchi. Upper Bazar is always a hive of activity. You have all kinds of shops and people moving around constantly. Being in Ranchi-834001 means we are right in the thick of things. The Pushpanjali Complex is an older building but it serves us well enough. We have been here for some time now handling our developer work. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic from Lake Road, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and look at our files. Ranchi weather is usually okay, though the rain can make the roads around Upper Bazar a bit messy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have going on. Most of our neighbors in the complex are also local businesses, so there is a bit of a community feel. We handle the paperwork and the planning right from this office. It is not a very large space, but it has everything we need to function. If you know the Lake Road area, you probably know the complex. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized with our daily tasks. It takes a lot of effort to coordinate everything, but we manage somehow. We are just here most days until the evening hours.
