Lawasa Project Developers Private Limited is based out of Sail City in the New Pundag area of Ranchi. Our office is located at B2-7A, which is where we handle all the paperwork and daily tasks. Ranchi is a growing place, and being in a spot like Sail City keeps us right in the middle of things. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something solid here in Jharkhand. It’s not always easy, but we make it work. The address is 834007 if you’re looking at a map. We don’t have a massive glass building or anything like that. It’s just a normal office space where we spend most of our time. Usually, the day starts early and ends late, depending on what projects are currently on the desk. People often ask why we chose New Pundag, and the answer is mostly just convenience for the team. We try to be honest about how we run things. There aren't any layers of management to go through. You just deal with the people who are actually doing the work. Lawasa Project Developers Private Limited isn't a name you'll see on huge billboards, and we're fine with that. We just focus on our own corner of Ranchi. If you ever stop by B2-7A, you'll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some plans. It's a humble setup, but it suits us just fine.
