You can find Lalpari Constructions over on Tiril Road in the Kokar area. Binod Kumar Yadav is the one running things here. We are in the Kok-2 section of Ranchi, which is a busy part of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our records and meet with people. We do building work, mostly small to medium projects around Ranchi. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know the neighborhoods well. Binod usually handles the client meetings himself. We don't spend a lot on advertising because most people in Kokar already know who we are. If someone needs a wall fixed or a small house put up, they usually just walk in or call Binod. Construction is messy and loud, but we like seeing a project go from a pile of dirt to a finished room. We have a small group of workers who show up every day. Sometimes we have to deal with delays in getting cement, which is annoying, but that's just part of the job. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay standing and make our customers happy enough to tell their neighbors about us. It's a basic business. We work hard, go home, and start again the next morning. Most people around Tiril Road know the office and stop by just to say hello.
