Kusu Construction Private Limited can be found over in the Harmu part of Ranchi. Specifically, our office is at Manoram Basant Bihar on Road Number 1B. It’s located near the Central Bank of India, which is usually a good landmark for anyone trying to find where we are. The office is officially care of Rakesh Kumar. We’ve been operating out of the Harmu area for a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small local businesses like ours. We handle construction jobs, mostly smaller local stuff around this part of town. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this small office on Road 1B. It gets the job done for what we need. We are just regular people who know how to build things correctly. Sometimes the traffic near the bank makes things a bit slow during the day, but we are used to that by now. We don't go in for big promises or polished speeches. We just talk about the actual work and how long it’s going to take us to finish. If you are in the Basant Bihar area, you’ve probably walked past our place without thinking much about it. We like it that way. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Our setup is pretty basic, but it works for what we do. Ranchi is a growing city and there is always something needing to be built.
