If you’re ever walking around the first floor of Arctic Mall here in Bariatu, you’ll find us over at Shop No-16. That’s where Khandoli Engicon India Private Limited operates from. It isn't a fancy setup or anything, just a workspace where we get our daily tasks done. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. People around here know us as the folks who deal with engineering and construction work. Most days are pretty busy with paperwork or meetings with people coming in to talk about their projects. It gets a little noisy sometimes being in a mall, but we like the energy of the place. We started this because there was a need for someone local who knows how things work around Ranchi. We aren’t a big corporate giant; we’re just a group of people who show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, but we manage. We handle a lot of different things related to building and planning. It’s mostly just making sure the jobs get finished on time and the people we work with are satisfied with what we’ve done. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. If someone needs something built or handled in the Bariatu area, they usually find their way to our door on the first floor.
