KARDAM PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Kardam Projects is located in the City Centre building on Club Road in Ranchi. We are down in the basement at shop LG 32. It is a central spot, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. The building is a bit older and the stairs can be a bit steep if the lift is not working. We do project management and various construction-related tasks. Our office is small and filled with cabinets of old files and blueprints that we have collected over the years. We spend a lot of our time meeting with people or visiting sites around the city. Ranchi has grown so much lately and there is a lot of new building work happening everywhere. We try to keep up with it all. We are not a large corporation with a lot of layers. It is just a few of us trying to make things work. Often, we go to the tea stall around the corner to discuss our plans because the office gets a bit cramped. The lighting in the basement is not the best, but we are used to it. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just take on projects and work on them until they are done. It is a straightforward way of doing things and it suits us just fine.
