You can find Kapardi Construction Private Limited over in the Harmu Housing Colony. We are at L-25, which is pretty close to Sohray Bhawan here in Ranchi. It’s a decent spot for an office. We have been working out of this location for some time now. Mostly, we are involved in building projects around Jharkhand. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and measuring tapes everywhere. We don't really bother with making it look fancy. It's more about having a place to meet and talk about the next steps for whatever we are building. The phone rings a lot with calls from sites. Sometimes things go exactly as planned and other times we have to fix mistakes on the fly. That is just the nature of construction work. We have a few regular people who handle the office stuff while the rest of us are out. It gets dusty and loud on the job sites, so coming back to the colony is a nice break. We know the neighbors around here well. They see our trucks coming and going. Ranchi is growing and there's always something new being started. We stay busy enough. There is no big corporate ladder here. We just work together to get the buildings finished. It's a lot of manual labor and coordination. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the concrete and steel. Sometimes the plans change at the last minute.
