Kaka Hotel

Our hotel is situated in the Brij Bhushan Apartment on Lalpur Road in the Lalpur area of Ranchi. We are very close to the Holy Cross Girls High School, which is a major landmark around here. Because of the school, the street is always full of students, parents, and rickshaws. It can get very loud during the morning drop-off and the afternoon pick-up times. We have been running this place for a while and we have seen Ranchi change a lot. Our hotel is a modest one. We have rooms that are clean and simple, meant for people who just need a place to sleep without any extra frills. We don't have a big lobby or a concierge service. It is mostly just us and a couple of helpers taking care of the guests. We do the laundry, handle the check-ins, and sometimes cook small meals if someone asks. Lalpur is a central area, so it is convenient for people who have work in the city. We don't have a big corporate structure or a mission statement on the wall. We just try to make sure the lights are working and the water is running. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. It is a small business that keeps us occupied seven days a week. We don't have any big plans to expand, we just want to keep this place going.
