Hotel Aditya & Restaurant

Hotel Aditya & Restaurant is located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Orchid Complex. We are on Bariatu Road in Ranchi, right across from the main gate of RIMS. Because we are opposite the hospital, we see a lot of families and people who have things to do there. The 834009 area is always packed with traffic, mostly ambulances and people visiting the medical center. Being up on the higher floors of the complex helps a little bit with the noise from the street, but you can still hear the city life below. The restaurant downstairs gets a good amount of folks coming in for a meal who aren't even staying in the rooms. It’s a busy atmosphere most of the time. I spend a lot of my shift just making sure the elevator is working right because going up to the 6th floor by stairs is no fun for anyone. The Orchid Complex is a big building and it can be a little confusing to find the right entrance if you aren't looking closely. We don't have any big decorations or anything, just the rooms and the food. It’s a handy spot for anyone who has to be at Bariatu for the hospital or other work nearby. It stays pretty steady with people coming and going at all hours. We just try to keep the food hot and the beds made for the next person who comes in tired from the road.
