Ishanvi Construction Private Limited is based out of Urmila Niketan on Kanke Road. If you know Ranchi, you know that area gets pretty busy during the rush hour. We are right there in Gonda Town. It’s not a corporate tower; it’s a regular place where we get our work done. We handle construction projects around the city and sometimes further out if the job is right. People around Kanke Road know us as neighbors. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of mud on our boots from the different sites we visit. Every morning starts the same way, checking the weather and making sure the crew is where they need to be. Ranchi-834008 is our home base and we like it that way. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That is just how life is here. We do a lot of residential stuff, helping people get their homes built without too much fuss. It isn't always pretty work, but it is necessary. You can find us at Urmila Niketan if you want to chat about a project. We are usually there unless we are out checking on a foundation or talking to the bricklayers. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words. We just build things and try to keep the costs reasonable for everyone involved.
